Over washing your skin can cause dryness and inflammation.

It is only necessary to wash your face 1 X day, in the evening before applying a night cream. Foam your face and gently rub in circular motions for 30 - 60 seconds. Rinse with WARM WATER not hot! And pat dry with a clean dry wash cloth.

We recommend you keep a clean set of 7 wash cloths / small towels , one for each night. If you have contact with animals or excessive sweating at night, wash your face quickly in the morning applying the face wash for a mere 10 seconds! Otherwise, just a simple rinse with warm water is absolutely adequate before applying your eye and day cream.
